Clearly demarcated emergency routes & exit, smoke & fire detectors, well ventilation, consciously Designed lay out ensure a safe work place for worker. As per ISO Requirements, instruction and warning Signs are posted in highly Visible place inside the factory and in local language (Bangla).

WORKER’S WELFARE
ARS supports its employee by setting up welfare facilities like medical Centre, day care centre and canteen. It has properly equipped with Doctors and nurse, its medical unit consultation & medication to Worker’s general health care requirement. It also bears full expense Of treatment of any injuries incurred in working hours.

DELIVERY
